CURRENT OPENINGS:

Part-time hose maker.  Duties include, but not limited to, fabricating, assembling, and repairing hydraulic hoses and assemblies for industrial or mobile machinery. Key duties include cutting hoses, fitting and crimping them to precise specifications, and ensuring quality and safety. 

Assembly and fabrication: Cut hoses to the correct length and assemble them with fittings, ensuring proper alignment and depth. 

Crimping: Securely crimp fittings onto the hose using specified equipment and checking the final diameter for accuracy. 

Quality control: Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet specifications, checking for leaks, wear, and proper crimp diameter. 

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and standards when handling tools and equipment, and ensure the finished hoses are safe for use. 

Inventory and management: Track parts, manage inventory, and perform basic maintenance on shop equipment.

 Applicant must be willing to work on Saturdays.
